Refund Policy
Aligned Automation Agency does not offer refunds for any services. Due to the strategic nature of our work and the time investment required, all payments are final.

Delivery and Fulfillment
Upon receipt of your first payment, you will receive an onboarding email with a link to schedule your kickoff call. Kickoff calls are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks of payment. Depending on the service selected, engagements last between 3 and 6 months and include ongoing support throughout the duration.

Returns
As we provide digital consulting and implementation services, returns do not apply.

Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations once a project has begun. By submitting payment, you are committing to the full duration of the service agreement.
